New Cable Ties with Epoxy-Polyester Coating

The ties are made of stainless steel AISI 304 or AISI 316. The EP coating creates an insulating layer that prevents chemical corrosion between heterogeneous metals. The coating securely protects the surface of products from any influences, extending the service life of the ties and making it possible to use them in facilities with increased requirements for the strength and corrosion resistance of products. EP-coating is distinguished by its strength and elasticity, therefore, even with active use, cracks and microdamages do not appear on it.
The cable tie is equipped with a self-locking ball lock, which provides secure fixation and blocking of the tape backward movement. An important feature of DKC ties is that the epoxy-polyester coating is applied not only to the product itself, but also to the lock. Ties can be used in conditions of high humidity or chemical pollution, in areas with temperature differences (-80 to + 150oC), high vibration loads, in shipbuilding, mining, chemical and oil refining industries, as well as offshore drilling platforms.
The ties have a length from 100 to 1200 mm, a width from 4.6 to 12 mm, and can withstand a load of up to 160 kg (for a width of 12 mm). The smooth edge protects against injury during installation.
