Preparing for Release of Circuit Breakers

DKС employees visited the KEAZ production of circuit breakers in Kursk. The colleagues were visited by the employees of the Quality Control Department, the LVE Design Department, Product Marketing and Training Center of the DKC company. DKC employees studied KEAZ products and their technical features, delved into production and logistics processes in order to organically introduce a new product into the DKC product line.

The DKC brand means quality assurance

We are responsible for the quality of products released under our logo. The "DKC" mark on a product means that the product meets the declared characteristics and high requirements. It doesn't matter if the product is made by our own factory or by a partner manufacturer: its quality is our responsibility.

In 2005, DKC company implemented the international quality management system ISO 9001: 1. This allows us to ensure European quality for both the supplied products and the services provided. And now for more than 15 years we have been convinced of the correctness of the decision. The quality of DKC products is recognized not only by leading manufacturers of electrical products, but also by our main critics - our customers. In 2020, we actively participated in several large projects and did not receive a single complaint from large customers.

In accordance with the ISO 9001: 1 system, DKC has arranged a control system for production, logistics and other processes. It also checks suppliers of components, materials, products and services. Uniform standards allow us to guarantee product quality and timely deliveries.

Preparing for release of new product

The joint release of a new product requires serious preparation, in which several departments of the company are involved at once.

For example, Elena Belkina, the head of the DKC Quality Control Department, got acquainted with the production processes and quality control, the laboratory, and took part in planning steps for further cooperation.

The employees of the Training Center and the Design Department of the LVE have studied in detail the KEAZ circuit breakers - their task will be to modify and update the corporate training program, taking into account the expansion of the range. The existing program designed to train assemblers and designers of low voltage complete devices already contains theoretical and practical blocks on products, but in the future it is planned to expand and supplement it. In 2019 and 2020, these courses were attended by more than 500 specialists, including certified partners-members of the Power League.

DKC is already preparing its employees for the introduction of a new product into the assortment - after all, they will have to provide all-round technical support, which is so much appreciated by DKC customers and partners!
