1.1 This Privacy Policy is applied to all kind of information that joint-stock company Dielectric Cable Systems (hereinafter referred to as AO DKC) can receive about the User when the User visits the website www.dkc.ru, uses DKC programs and products.

1.2 This Privacy Policy is developed in accordance with the provisions of the Federal Law No 152-FZ of the Russian Federation “On Personal Data”, of July 27, 2006, the Federal Law No 149-FZ of the Russian Federation “On Information, Information Technologies and the Protection of Information”, of July 27, 2006, and also other laws of the Russian Federation on Personal Data protection and processing.

1.3 The following terms are used in this Privacy Policy:

Personal Data – any information relating directly or indirectly to a certain or determined individual (Personal Data subject);

Personal Data processing – any action (operation) or a set of actions (operations) with Personal Data performed using automation tools or not, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, specification (updating, modification), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, and destruction of Personal Data.

Personal Data confidentiality – an obligatory requirement for AO DKC to prevent data distribution without the consent of the Personal Data subject or any other legal basis;

User – a person who has access to the site via the Internet and uses the DKC website

Cookies – a piece of data sent by the web server and stored on the client’s computer, which the web client or web browser sends every time to the web server in an HTTP request in attempting to open the page of the corresponding site;

1.4 This Privacy Policy is applicable only to the website www.dkc.ru. AO DKC does not control and is not responsible for the web sites of the third parties which the User can visit using links available on the website www.dkc.ru.

1.5 AO DKC does not verify the adequacy of Personal Data provided by the User of the website www.dkc.ru.

1.6 Use of the DKC website services means the User’s unconditional consent with this Privacy Policy and with the specified processing conditions of his or her Personal Data; in case of disagreement with these conditions, the User should refrain from using the services of the site www.dkc.ru.

2. Subject of this Privacy Policy

2.1 This Privacy Policy establishes the AO DKC obligations not to disclose and to protect the confidentiality of the Personal Data that the User provides to AO DKC for registration on the website www.dkc.ru and while using other sections of the site.

2.2 Personal Data allowed for processing under this Privacy Policy is provided when the User submits the registration forms in the sections of the site www.dkc.ru or is transferred to the regional manager for registration, and includes the following information:

2.2.1. Surname, first name & patronymic of the User;

2.2.2. Date of Birth

2.2.3. Telephone number

2.2.4. E-mail

2.2.5. Residence address

2.2.6. User account on social networks (full name; e-mail)

2.2.7. Education and work experience

2.2.8. Data that the User uploads to the site (for example: Images; photo / video materials; text / articles)

2.3 AO DKC protects data that is automatically transferred to the site’s services by means of the software installed on the User’s device, including IP address, cookie data, information about the User’s browser (or other program that provides access to services), technical specifications of equipment and software of the User, date and time of the access to services, addresses of the requested pages and other similar information.

2.3.1. If the User switches cookies off he or she might experience problems accessing parts of the site www.dkc.ru which require being logged in.

2.3.2. The site www.dkc.ru uses Yandex.Metrica service to collect statistics.

 3. Purposes of the Customer’s Personal Data collection

3.1. Identification of the User registered on the Site.

3.2. Providing the User with access to the personalized resources of the site.

3.3. Establishing feedback processes with the User, including sending notifications, requests regarding the use of the site, the services provision, User’s requests and applications processing.

3.4. Determining the User’s location to ensure security and to prevent fraud.

3.5. Confirmation of the accuracy and completeness of Personal Data provided by the User.

3.6. Providing the User with customer and technical support in case of problems related to the use of the site.

 4. Personal Data Processing

 4.1. Processing of the User’s Personal Data is carried out in any legal way, including in Personal Data information systems using automation tools or not. The Processed Personal Data shall be destroyed or depersonalized when the data processing purposes are achieved or if there is no need to achieve these purposes, unless otherwise provided by the legislation in force.

4.2. The User agrees that AO DKC shall have the right to transfer his or her Personal Data to the third parties, in the following cases:

4.2.1. The User agreed to such actions.

4.2.2. The Personal Data Transfer is necessary for the User to use a certain service or is required to perform a specific agreement or a contract with the User.

4.2.3. The Transfer is provided for by Russian or other applicable legislation within the framework of the procedure established by law.

4.3. The User’s Personal Data can be transferred to the government authorized bodies of the Russian Federation, only on the grounds and in the manner provided by the Legislation of the Russian Federation.

4.4. AO DKC takes necessary organizational and technical precautions to protect the User’s Personal Data from unauthorized or accidental access to them, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, distribution, and from other illegal actions of the third parties.

4.5. AO DKC together with the User takes all necessary precautions to prevent damage or other negative consequences, caused by the loss or the disclosure of the User’s Personal Data.

5. Parties’ Obligations

5.1. The User is obliged to ensure due diligence in his or her login and password storage and use (including, but not limited: to use license antivirus programs, to use complex alphanumeric combinations when creating a password, do not put the computer or other devices with the User’s login and password entered on them at the third parties’ disposal, etc.).

If AO DKC has suspicion concerning the use of the User’s account by the third party or by the malicious software, AO DKC will have the right to change the User’s password unilaterally.

5.2. АО «DKC» is obliged:

5.2.1. to use the collected information solely for the goals specified in p. 4 of this Privacy Policy;

5.2.2. to keep private information confidential, not to publicize without the User’s prior approval in writing, and also not to sell, exchange, publish, or disclose in other possible ways the transferred Personal Data of the User, except for pp. 4.2. and 4.3. of this Privacy Policy;

5.2.3. to take organizational and technical precautions to protect confidence of the User’s Personal Data from unauthorized or accidental access to them, and also from other illegal actions regarding the Personal Data;

5.2.4. to block the Personal Data of a certain User from the moment when the request was received from this User, or from his or her legal representative or from the authorized body for the inspection period in case of revealing fake Personal Data or illegal actions.

5.3. AO DKC is not responsible for the loss or disclosure of confidential data, if such information:

5.3.1. has become public before its loss or disclosure;

5.3.2. had been gained from a third party until the moment AO DKC received it;

5.3.3. has been disclosed by the User or with his or her consent;

5.3.4. was posted on the website www.dkc.ru publicly.

 6. Additional terms

 6.1. If the Parties do not fulfil the conditions of this Privacy Policy, they will take responsibility in compliance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

6.2. The current legislation of the Russian Federation is applied to this Privacy Policy and to the relationship between AO DKC and the User.

6.3. AO DKC has the right to make modifications in this Privacy Policy without User’s consent in compliance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

6.4. The new Privacy Policy comes into force from the moment when it is posted on the website www.dkc.ru, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Privacy Policy.

6.5. The Privacy Policy in force is posted on the web page at https://www.dkc.ru/en/cookie_and_policy/.

6.6. If you want to contact the administration of the website www.dkc.ru concerning Privacy Policy, please use the contacts from the special website section.
