New Corrosion-Resistant Components for CQE Cabinets

The DKC assortment includes now components for corrosion-resistant enclosure solutions. Racks, bottom and roof have a galvanized coating, which allows them to be used in low-voltage complete devices (LVCD) construction even in conditions of high humidity and aggressive environments. The solution is compatible with "RAM power", "RAM mcc" and "RAM bus" series products.

The racks are 1800, 2000, 2200 mm high, and the roof is available in 24 sizes: from 300x400 mm to 1200x1000 mm. All butt joints on the frame profiles have additional protection against corrosion, they are protected by a zinc coating applied during production. Galvanizing without painting not only prevents the destruction of metal under the influence of moisture, salts, acids and alkalis, but also solves the problem of mutual internal grounding of cabinet components. The reliability of the coating is confirmed by tests in a salt spray chamber.
