YON – a new line of circuit breakers

The new line of YON [yo'n] circuit breakers and accessories organically complements the DKC energy distribution system - both for industrial and commercial facilities, and for the professional retail market.

Now it’s fair to say that DKC is a comprehensive supplier of high-quality components for building distribution systems: from the transformer to the consumer.

Among the solutions of the DKC are transformers, busbars, metal and fiberglass cabinets, functional blocks for placing equipment, a system for organizing bus routes in the LVS, circuit breakers, as well as cable support systems.

In the future, it is assumed that the product with the DKC brand can be developed separately, so we decided to give this line its own name - YON.

The logo and the name YON visually and meaningfully consists of two parts - the letters Y and On.

Y - the letter Y was chosen for its similarity to the symbol of the circuit breaker in electrical circuit diagram.

ON – despite the fact that the main function of this line is to break the chain in emergency situations, users will still see the product turned on more often. ON is a generally recognized sign of switching on. At the same time, the letter O is stylized as a slightly rotated sign of the on / off button.
